.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice

.25 oz Simple Syrup

Muddled Ginger

Shake all ingredients together & strain. Float 1 oz. Lambrusco on top. Garnish with a wide orange peel.

Fayetteville Famous

1.5 oz Tito’s Vodka

.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

.75 oz Simple Syrup

.50 Arsaga’s Cold Brew

Shake all ingredients, strain over ice. Float soda water on top. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
